Account data: email address, account identifiers, authentication records, profile details, age-gate acknowledgement, settings, and referral information.

Content data: prompts, chats, characters, messages, match introductions, reports, bookmarks, annotations, and files you upload or generate.

Media and reference data: reference images, faces, voices, and generated images, audio, or video. Depending on what you upload, this material may reveal sensitive information. Do not upload another adult's identifying material without authorization.

Transaction data: checkout amount, credits, wallet address, blockchain network, token, transaction identifier, status, and provider records. We do not receive a private wallet key.

Technical and safety data: IP address, device and browser data, request logs, cookies, feature events, fraud signals, moderation actions, and support communications.

We process information to provide accounts and AI features; remember preferences and story context; generate requested media; calculate and protect credits; process and reconcile payments; prevent abuse; enforce our policies; respond to reports; debug and improve performance; comply with law; and communicate service or safety notices.

Prompts, selected conversation context, and media may be sent to AI inference, hosting, storage, analytics, email, security, and payment providers as necessary to deliver the feature you request. Providers process data under their own contractual and technical controls. Do not include information you do not want processed for generation.

We may disclose information when legally required, to protect a person from harm, to investigate fraud or prohibited content, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money.

We use cookies and local storage for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and remembering an age-gate response. The current age gate records a self-declared 18+ acknowledgement; it is not a government-ID check. Where a location requires stronger age assurance, access may be limited or an additional verification process may be introduced.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. Deleting an account may not immediately remove backups, blockchain records, fraud evidence, or records we must retain.

You may request account or content deletion. We may ask you to verify control of the account or the identity and authority behind a safety request.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can change many settings in your account or contact us. You may also report intimate imagery, impersonation, or other content through Report & Removal.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. Data may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to provider infrastructure and applicable transfer safeguards.

KinkyGay is not directed to anyone under 18. If we learn that an account or content involves a minor, we may immediately restrict access, preserve relevant evidence, delete data where appropriate, and make reports required by law. Use Report & Removal for urgent child-safety concerns.

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
